Pros: Very spacious room in the centre of Venice. Easy location to come back and relax

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpfull. They booked tours for us and gave us great restuarant recommendations
Cons: I thought it was a triple room, but the third bed was actually a sofa bed. Was comfortable bu I'm a grown up- I really wanted to sleep in a real bed!
Location: easy walk to St Marks
Facilities: older but comfortable; Value: Average price, venice is expensive; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Immaculate; there was a kitchenette in the room which was nice, but there wasn't a kettle or tea...not sure what's up with that

Pros: Very near transport on Grand Canal. Our room had a very pleasant balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.
