Great Stay

Great Stay in Venice. Next to the train station is what matters most on my stay here, but the hotel cleanlines was ok, breakfast was awesome and the staff are great. I will stay here again.

A very industrial area, you’re basically staying at the bus/train station. Didn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The breakfast was excellent though.

The hotel is clean, comfortable beds, convenient location (right across the Mestre train station with direct bus and train going to Venice and direct bus to VCE airport). Nice hot continental breakfast in a very spacious dining area as well. Only con side is the renovations in the room is quite old and it’s more like 3-star than 4-star to me. Overall it’s satisfying.

Great location, right across the railway station with plenty of restaurants in the area. Room and bathroom was huge and beds were very comfortable. Unexpected surprise was the continental breakfast, excellent choice of food and drinks.

Nice stay in a convenient location. Train station is just across the street. There are lots of restaurants and mini shops around the block. Our rental car is just inside the train station. Parking was also very easy. It was a great choice after all.

This is a super convenient location to access the train station if you’re going into Venice or other locations. The hotel itself seems to rely on its location, as the beds and pillows were hard, the hallway carpets had multiple stains and there was zero decor on the walls. The parking is located offsite around the block and isn’t connected directly to the hotel. Good place for a quick stop but not multiple nights.

Prompt, efficient and early check in. Room clean. Unfortunately only one plug socket in room so had to go out to buy an extension, as more than one person so more than one device needed charging at once. Breakfast reasonable offering, not as much choice as previous small 3 star hotel we had just been to, and had to pay extra for it at The Plaza. Even had to wait for plates. Very good location for buses, train, trams and airport bus.

The young lady was not knowing what she was supposed to do with really bad attitude the whole time! And please be aware of even if she confirmed that we have free breakfast next morning while checked in, the hotel might still charge you anyway when checked out, which is an unpleasant situation.

Poor service, the staff showed very bad attitude to customers, with no smile and no patience at all. Can’t believe it was rated as 4 stars hotel. However the hotel itself was pretty nice and the location was very convenient for travelers, but a bit noisy around. I would not recommend this place.
