The location was excellent, staff responsive, the breakfast was great but several maintenance issues required attention: 1. The bathroom drain emitted an unpleasant odor, though it was promptly cleaned after we reported it. 2. We noticed two bugs in the bathroom; staff sprayed the area and resolved the issue quickly. 3. The bathroom window was not securely attached and could detach if opened fully. This was reported at checkout. 4. The mattress became uncomfortable and collapsed by the third night; the issue was also reported. 5. Ongoing construction beneath our window caused significant noise, which had not been disclosed prior to our stay. 6. The shower curtain did not adequately prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor, so we had to be careful to keep water from flowing into the room beneath the door.

Bare Minimum Hotel

The hotel's convenient location near the train station is its biggest advantage. However, the rooms are quite basic with bare amenities. The carpet was dirty and stained, which was a bit off-putting. There's only one power outlet in the room, which might be a challenge for some guests. The toilet lacked essentials like toiletries and bathroom slippers. Only a 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel and hand soap for guests. Breakfast was simple and unremarkable. While the hotel's location makes it easy to get around, the room's condition and limited amenities might not make it the best value for the price. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay, but not ideal for those seeking more comfort and luxury.
