Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location for dining and shopping. Was not able to turn on the ac because they had switched the bldg to heat , was not happy about that cause leaving the windows open you could hear all the street noise, so beware of time of yr.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is well located, very clean, and is easy walking distance of San Marco square and the Grand Canal. Many interesting shops are nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Really great beautiful hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Excellent staff. No restaurant but a lounge and a lovely garden. Great grocery store right around the corner for good food wine beer etc if you’ve had enough of the crowds and high prices. Highly recommend!
