Clean and spacious. Not sure if someone got confused but someone tried to get into the room early hours in the morning staff were really nice and friendly. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep.

Amazing stay in Venice. Price was very competitive and the location was close to San Marco square. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and spacious. I would definately stay here again!

Highlight of my trip!

INCREDIBLE!!!! STAY HERE!!! I had the most fantastic time staying at these lofts - truly one of the highlights of my trip and the hotel made it such a breeze to check in and what not. Clean, comfy yet chic, felt very authentic while also being very modern. Cannot say enough good things about my stay here. AND felt so safe here and in the area while traveling as a young solo-female. Rooms are just as pictured if not better.

We couldn't pick a better place for our stay. When we arrived, we had some doubts because the property's exterior looks very old, but as soon as we opened the big green door, it was like entering a different world hidden behind the walls. The room was big, clean, and quiet. Very modern and updated. There are a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and gelato places near by. The lady who did the check in was marvelous (I didn’t get her name, sorry). Communication was impeccable. They answered all questions very quick via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this gem.

The room was spacious while traveling with two teen boys and my husband. Check in was easy and our room was cleaned daily. Minor inconvenience was not having a shelve to put clothes or smaller bag on but there was plenty of space for hanging clothes.

This place was fantastic. Close to everything especially since you have to walk everywhere!!! Also the bed for comfortable which is hard for a hotel. Highly recommend!

A stay that exceeded expectations. Communication with the property was very smooth and quick, when we arrived it was pouring so at check-in we were able to borrow an umbrella. The building has electronic safe access with room key and it was lovely to see an old building refurbished with a style mixing modern with new. Everything worked fine with bathroom, toilet and shower, all feeling still pretty new, bed was super comfortable, queen size worked great for us. The only downside was that the windows were locked which means that being 7am or 7pm the room was super dark - although there is no view from the windows as the room is facing another building, I wish I could have some awareness if it was getting light in the morning. Apart from that, great system, modern sockets, usb sockets, beautiful decorative fireplace and ceiling beams decorated, everything super clean, an effort to refurbish is visible, very safe, incredible location, quiet too (if you are a heavy sleeper), quiet area overall, very accessible with plenty of streets nearby with restaurants and cafes for breakfast too. It was an incredible experience, very pleased with our choice and if returning to Venice, will book with the same hotel for sure!

Because I’m planning my wedding, I’ve had a lot of expenses on my card that month, I wish they would have warned me that they would charge the card despite the clear instructions not to.
