The property was outdated, dirty and run down. We even found mens underwear on the back of the bathroom door. Very little cold water in the shower along with a curtain rod half off. The property itself had garbage laying outside. Homeless camps were set up outside within 50 feet.

this property is less then 1 star, room floor wet, dirty floor, not enough towels, staff rude, not enough lights, limited parking, near a pub which is terrible, over all there is nothing thing good about this property I don't know why it's on Expedia, they charge for extra towel

Many things in poor or broken shape. Toilet took 10 flushes to flush properly and 10 minutes to refill tank. For the expensive price you should expect better condition. Garbage scattered all around hotel. Only good thing was friendly and helpful staff.

First off its old, but reviews said was a good stay, check in the reception area smelt strongly of so.ething not sure what. Got my room key and pulled up to the room. From outside not too bad, air con unit in window but curtains pulled and were an odd colour. Inside i was fully expecting a dead body. It smelt bad, walls were patched but not covered, wall material peeling away from the walls, armchair stained, bed was clean but without thi king was auto checking for bugs. In the bathroom open electrical light sockets and mould, bathtub shower rail hanging off, toilet not affixed to floor properly. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room. Its old but not maintained at all. Expected cracker Carl to come knocking Went to recption and asked for money back which was refused. No way i was staying so found another place to stay. The reviews on this place must be made up as it is a complete and utter dive. I have stayed in some shady places around the world but this topped them all. It should be demolished.

This is very old and dirty motel. Half of the property is closed off, air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off. Bathroom fan was very noisy as well. Room smelled bad This property should not be vene listed on Expedia. TV was not working. I think shower was the only thing that was exceptable

Noisy toilet, inconvenance of getting to the room ( lots of stairs) no in room coffee, or coffee available in office/lobby, pool out of service (appeared to be shut down for a long time)
