They did not clean the room after 2 pm(that’s time supposed to be check in) ! To hard to find the house! The locks wasn’t working! Not recommend

Nice modern decoration, house-owner must be good at decoration and having good taste. Easy to commute to other popular landmarks. The provided address is a bit confused as the extra address address provided to check in. Too many codes to remember (front door, entrance door, lock-box). Thanks for a nice stay in HCMC

Je n’aime pas faire de critique négative, mais là je suis obligée, j’ai réservé mon appartement 3 semaines à l’avance au yoga corner et le jour de mon arrivée, quand le taxi m’a déposé au logement, il n’y avait plus d’appartement pour moi et on m’a mis d’office dans une autre résidence qui n’était pas au même endroit, qui n’avait pas de laverie alors que c’est pour ça que j’avais sélectionné cet appartement et on ne m’a pas prévenu donc j’ai dû prendre un autre taxi à mes frais pour y aller, sans qu’on me donne aucune explication ni aucune solution. En ce qui concerne l’autre résidence, elle n’était pas horrible mais pas très confortable. Le lit était très dur, on sentait les ressorts sous le dos et la communication était affreuse, sachant que la carte qui ouvrait ma porte d’appartement avait du mal à fonctionner, la personne sur WhatsApp m’a envoyé une vidéo d’ouverture de porte comme si j’étais stupide. Autre chose, le ménage est fait superficiellement et il y a des cocons de mites (qui font des trous dans vos vêtements un peu partout sur les murs. Je pense que le service client est inexistant, et ça m’a manqué !

　わたしにとっては、立地・価格・設備等良い施設だった。しかし､使えない人もいるので選択には注意が必要。 １段差、道路→敷地→玄関移動に高い段差鵞ある、部屋は２・３階でＥＬＶなし。 ２スマートテレビ（モニター）はあるけれど､放送信号なし、ネット経由でYouTubeかネットフリックスあるいは幾つかのアプリのみ使用可能。 ３スタンダード室は景観なし、採光ダクト（1×２ｍ）の窓のみ。 ４建物内土足禁止。 　中心部へは歩いても充分いけるけれど､静かで店も豊富､電子レンジ､冷蔵庫､調理ヒーターはあるけれど､食器や用具は少なめなので持参か必要に応じて購入が必要。 　暑い国にありがちなエアコンの効きすぎがあるので調整は止めるしかない。 　その他、気になることは充分確認して利用すると良いと思う。
