Such a lovely hotel. Amazing staff, all so welcoming and helpful. The 1st room we were in had a poor AC that didn’t work at all however we spent the 1st night there as our toddler had fallen asleep after complaining of the heat. We were luckily transferred to a better room the next morning which was great. Big and clean bathroom with all the right amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – the location, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the gym was closed for renovation during my visit. For me, having access to a fitness facility was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was a big disappointment. I understand renovations are necessary, but it would have been helpful to inform guests in advance or offer an alternative solution. Everything else was wonderful, and I would consider returning once the gym is available again.

We didn’t want to leave! The rooms are spacious, clean and were larger than expected. So modern and updated. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety but it was still enjoyed. The staff were really lovely and made our stay memorable!

I would like to give the front staff a good recommendation to any tourist visiting this hotel they were very helpful above and beyond there was little to no language barrier as they were willing to try to speak English. As for the kitchen staff Vy and Alice were very accommodating as well as the trainee I recommend this hotel on the highest level....Alice and Vy I am proud of your integrity and the pride in your work

A wonderful hotel. Room was so com, great for kids with bunk beds. Lovely en suite and shower. Beds were comfy. Staff just wanted to help, and definitely did with finding a cafe I was looking for and with laundry options (we had a lot of laundry!)

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. They were always checking on me and answering my questions. By and Katy were extremely helpful to me. Also, everyone who worked at the hotel. The breakfast is AMAZING! I recommend getting your room with the breakfast. Trust me! The rooms are nice and they clean them TWICE a day! I loved the gym and the sauna! This hotel is walking distance between everything. I look forward to staying here again!

Everything was great from the staff, food and property. The only thing that I did not like was the shower water flowing towards the toilet and into the drain on the opposite side. After showering, every time we would use the restroom, the floor would be wet. Otherwise than that, I had a very pleasant stay.
