Close to the airport and they have a shuttle bus. Quiet. due to flight paths, you do not hear the noise of planes. Beautiful villa, pool and grounds. Had a Junior suite which was fabulous.

The exterior of the hotel is attractive and the publicrooms on the lower floor are charming. The bedrooms are small and Spartan. The hotel advertises that the rooms are air conditioned. They are not. The first thing we did was to try to turn on the air conditioning and front desk informed us that the air-conditioning was not available because it had recently been cold. However, the day we arrived was warm and the room was stuffy and hot. They finally agreed to turn on the air conditioning, however all the unit did was blow air. The temperature never varied. I set the temperature for 18 which was as low as it would go but the temperature stayed consistently at 24. The price of the hotel was reasonable and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was convenient. However, the shuttle is not free. It is euro3.50 per person each way. This is very reasonable compared to the price of a taxi which we took from the airport For €20.

Great location but don't plan on sleeping well

Great location, with an easy 2 minute shuttle to MXP. The hotel restaurant was good. That's where the good stops. It's a very dark and dungy hotel, especially when accessing guest rooms. They leave shutters closed which lets no natural light in. A hotel, first and foremost, should be rated on your ability to get a decent night's sleep. Total fail with intermittent air conditioning (many other guests were affected), terrible pillows and a very hard mattresses. Getting one hour of sleep prior to a long journey home wasn't something that we signed up, particularly from a 4-star hotel. Extremely disappointed.

We were so pleased with your hotel! After a long ride from Milan, it was great to see your beautiful facility. This is definitely not your typical airport hotel. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside after a long day. The young woman who was in charge of the front desk was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I later mentioned to my son that I wish all people who deal in guest relations could be like her. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only negative on that is the shower is very slippery and I had to stand on a towel while showering to make sure I didn't wipe out. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property! Nice rooms with appropriate amenities and very comfortable bed. The restaurant experience for dinner was a significant disappointment. My tuna meal was almost inedible because it wasn’t prepared properly and then sat too long before table delivery. Others in my party were disappointed as well. Breakfast was good, however, and well worth it for busy travelers.

A very nice and extremely convenient place to stay before flying back home to Canada. The airport is a 4-minute drive from the hotel so it was nice to be able to drop off our rental the same day as heading home. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the airport.

Everything was excellent--the hotel itself, the dining, the staff. We got great help from the manager at the front desk with issues we were having paying the online toll on the highway to the hotel, for which we were very grateful. All in all a wonderful stay and we thank everyone at the Villa Malpensa.

Property is great for being right next to the airport. CAUTION: they charge 7Euro per person for a shuttle that MAYBE goes 2 miles!!! And unless you read the fine print or ask directly, they don’t tell you about the charge upfront. Get an Uber, much less expensive!!!!

Beautiful property near airport. Great bar , comfortable beds. Pay attention to what terminal your departing flight is at. Terminal 1 and terminal 2 are driving distance apart not walking distance. Taxis at 4:30 am were easy to get. Rental car property was at terminal 2.
