This was by far THE MOST amazing experience Iā€™ve had with a hotel. The hotel it self is not necessarily luxury or anything super fancy, however the staff is BEYOND AMAZING. Let me start by saying that I am very grateful for receptionist Martina and the driver working Saturday 1/18. ( I was exhausted didnā€™t get his name šŸ’”). We originally stayed in downtown Milan at a different hotel and booked this hotel for the last two days of our stay since it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle. I have purchased train ticket and take some research to take the train from Milan. Unfortunately the 1st train we needed to take broke down and was cancelled. We had to look for options and it was not easy, specially with luggage. Finally got to the train that what is gonna drop us off at the station there was about five minute walk to the hotel. Because we were supper tired we missed the stop, by the time we realize that we had already passed 5 stops. Got off and took the train back down to the station. We were supposed originally arrive at 8:30pm and because of all the up and down it changed to 9:40pm. I am so thankful I decided to message the hotel just to let them know that weā€™re gonna be arriving late. I got a message saying the reception closed at 11, I immediately panicked and called to ask if we can get picked up at the train station in Martina set it up so that we safely made it to hotel. Allows to order food 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. I will FOREVER grateful.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The service was excellent. The shuttle service was wonderful to get picked up and dropped off at airport. Free breakfast is included but we left really early and they made my family a breakfast bag to take on our trip. Highly recommended this hotel.

The atmosphere is unique in this old family run hotel. Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking.

The staff was very welcoming and charming. The dinner in the Osteria was excellent. The breakfast too. Good size and very clean rooms. Free and easy 15 mins transport to the airport and free parking nearby. Will sure be coming again.

A great place to stay when in need of hotel very close to the airport. For us, this was way better than any airport hotel. Restaurant is great and open fairly late. If we need to pick some negatives, this is clearly a wine restaurant but it could use a more adventurous wine menu with smaller producers, especially local ones.

Hotel Osteria della Pista is a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant serves amazing Italian food that youā€™ll love. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. When there was a mix-up with my booking, the reception was kind enough to change my room without any trouble. I also had trouble calling them from the airport because of a SIM card issue, but the staff managed to call me back and arranged my pickup, which I really appreciated. The hotel is close to Malpensa Airport but still very quiet and cozy.
