The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our room and they adjusted that problem quickly. We had key problems and they were so kind while taking care of the problem quickly.

Hotel provided bus shuttle service but driver was rude. A little man with a big horn was the best way to describe it. He also made one stop and said it was terminal 1 but it wasn't actually near a terminal at all.

Room 313 AC was not working . It was not making room cool in 35C. Also when I did checkin , receptionist told me that we can do check out 2 PM , however they asked to empty room ealry around 12 than previously decided time.

A Good Choice

A good choice for an early MXP departure. Hotel transfer costs 15 Euro per room. Free shuttle a five+ walk to a bus stop on the road. Dinner was surprisingly good.

Nice airport hotel without shuttle. Main is that guests are ripped of. You call them and they send you a car and even if you are from the same group with two rooms they will ask you to pay double charge (One for each room) for Take in consideration that if only one guest arrive he will pay a single charge. At the end it is one car so do not understand why to pay double. An airport hotel should have a shuttle bus like all the other hotels in the area or in other airports

It was a great place to rest after a busy trip and before an international flight. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! I recommend this hotel for an overnight stay before or after a long flight.

Hotel rooms clean, even if a little worn. We stayed 1 night so didn’t mind. There is a free shuttle bus that you walk to bus stop about 5 min from hotel. Or you can pay for hotel shuttle. We picked the free shuttle and it worked out for our family of 7.
