bed bugs,roaches, stains on bed, couch and walls. there was blood on the wall and cigarette holes into the sheets and the sheets and pillows were not washed it had hair all over it and a pee stain on pillow

The room was just filthy roaches on the wall, TV didn't work, scratches out in the floor, cracks around the door,the heater didn't work, the caulking around the tub was removed, the comforter and sheets had cigarette hole burns on it, there were no pillows, staff just terrible, not very pet friendly, but dog poop outside everywhere just terrible.

The staff is always super nice and I have never had any problems while staying here. They have smoking rooms which is rare these days and I keep coming back.

I was a little grossed out by the open, leftover toiletries in the shower, but I was majorly grossed out when a bug scurried across my nightstand. Add the noise from outside, and I didn't feel super safe staying there by myself.
