My son and I stayed here so he could compete at the Go Pro Games, and it was very conveniently located for his event. Very friendly staff and spacious/clean room. Parking was very expensive, par for the area, but very over-priced in general. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy any of the amenities so wish the resort fee could have been waived since we didn't use anything other than our room.

My friend and I went to Vail for a girl's getaway. We had a room with a mountain view and fireplace, which we loved! Ours also came with the free bottle of wine! It was very clean, the staff was nice, and it was very quiet! The beds were comfy and we were able to walk everywhere, but there was a shuttle if we didn't feel like walking. Great experience! We will be back!

This hotel was so great. Staff was very friendly and we got a room the day of. The charm was there for sure and we had a late night in the lobby with the fireplace on. They also recommended Magustos and that was a good call since a lot of local restaurants close by 9p.

Great last minute find! Price was right and staff was extremely helpful- shout out to Billy who was very solicitous. Great location- beautiful mountain side room . Outdoor hot tub- walking distance to villages and amenities .. it was a quick stop over trip for us on way to DIA but well worth it!

I always book with Expedia properties in which I can cancel up to the last minute. I made an exception for the Tivoli. That was a big mistake! We ended up getting Covid past the cancellation date. I asked if they would work with us on the cancelation policy or at least transfer our reservation forward. They were not at all accommodating. In fact the manager was downright rude and dismissive.

Super good, the only problem you can get from this review are make sure you figure out the parking, valet are in opposite side of street, if u need drop ur bags, u can park front of hotel but that area are limited and small, service are good, warm and nice.

Trying to be high end, missing the mark.

This hotel is pitched as boutique, but as is often the case in Vail this typically means fewer amenities and a general air of pretentiousness. Initial arrival was great, valet was super helpful and reception advised us room was not ready. When we came back from skiing we were given keys but told nothing about the property at all. The hotel is a faux attempt at an Austrian chalet. Clearly very few people have been to Austria. It is somewhat contrived. Housekeeping failed to remove used glasses and left someone else’s dental floss on our floor. Not impressed with the cleanliness on return after skiing. Enforced valet parking is a given in Vail but when the valet cannot even look you in the eye until you tip them, and then starts doing their job, things are back to front. Do your job, earn your tip. I shouldn’t have to tip you and then wait for my car since you forgot - again. Whilst every staff member seemed very friendly, no one actually seemed to care about the guests. On departure everyone appears out the woodwork - we had three staff trying to get a tip carrying our bags (we had four bags). When they stopped fighting over us and worked out we were not going to tip everyone who approached us they walked away and left us with zero help. I have no problem at all tipping. I have a major issue tipping people to do their job before they have done it, to only receive half baked attention afterwards. Location 7/10 Service 5/10 Pretentiousness 10/10
