I like the spot of the Tivoli lodge because it's really easy to go anywhere in this village you can do it walking or taking the bus. Only I give 4 stars on property condition because when I asked about the Jacuzzi from outside, they told me the water is super hot. I asked you don't have a regulator for the temperature, and they told me it's been already a year to try to fix this problem, and it's not fix yet, and we don't have idea when its going be fix. But everything else is really good.

My husband and I loved the location, and the hotel overall is lovely. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that there’s just one elevator for both guests and service staff, so it often took a while to arrive—and when it did, it was sometimes full of laundry containers with sheets and towels. Other than that, our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed here several times and love the location and the mountain view. Nice that they renovated the hot tub. It was our anniversary so we booked the tower room, but were surprised to see a big, white, portable air conditioning unit with a tube out the window in the room. We put it in the closet as we didn't need it with the cooler nights. One window wouldn't shut all the way. Breakfast buffet is $26.95 which seems high. Yet we love staying there!! :)

Air conditioning did not work, 77 degrees in the room July 15, 2025. Called front desk 3 times , Allison was fantastic she moved us to another room at 11:30 pm. Never received a call from manager Carlos, I should be refunded. The 5 hours we had planned on to enjoy the evening in the vail village vanished. Very disappointing. I have photos to prove temperature 77 and 3 fans in the room. Wow. If I were Expedia I think you should be careful on this property. One last thing the drain in bathroom sink would not drain.
