Every staff member we interacted with was nice. We let the front desk know we would be arriving after midnight, and David was very friendly upon our arrival. He even had cookies and milk for us. We had the pleasure of meeting Noah, the bellman while there. He was so friendly and attentive, and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. His knowledge of the local dining scene was incredible. This level of personalized service is rare and made our trip so much better. I would definitely recommend Tivoli Lodge as a place to stay while visiting Vail.
The building itself was beautiful.
The inside was cozy and inviting.
The hot tub felt amazing even with it being so cold outside. It definitely kept you warm!

La alfombra de nuestra habitación necesitaba limpié- y olía desagradable. En el gimnasio había algunos elementos rotos como la mancuernas. Pero lo peor fue que reservamos y pagamos una habitación Premium pero por falta de disponibilidad nos asignaron una standard. Ok entiendo que pudieran tener alguna confusión pero al pedir el reembolso del aprox 15% extra que pagamos por la habitación Premium que tenía escritorio, el doble de tamaño y baño con tub y ducha no recibí un buen trato. Lo lamenté porque elegí con mucho cuidado el hotel para pasar nochebuena y Navidad, pero siento que el hotel no llena las expectativas y lo peor el trato al cliente.

Way overpriced for what you get!!! Where the positive reviews are coming from? 1- Our room was extremely noisy—we could hear neighboring rooms, cars passing by, and the heater running loudly all night. As a result, we didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all. 2- The room itself was just average, and the facilities were old and in need of renovation. The shower water was not hot enough. 3- Service was awful, and the staff were unfriendly. The front desk rarely answered the phone, so we had to go in person to request service. They wouldn’t even provide additional water bottles after charging $800 per night. 4- On top of that, they charge an extra 10.5% resort fee, which is not justified by the facilities provided. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location.

I am submitting this complaint due to multiple service failures and misrepresentation during my stay at Tivoli Hotel. The valet parking service was extremely poor and incomplete, yet undisclosed valet fees were charged. We were also assigned a room with constant mechanical noise that made sleeping impossible. Despite reporting this issue multiple times over five days and providing audio evidence, no action was taken by staff or management. Additionally, although we paid in advance for a room with a balcony and this was confirmed at check-in, the assigned room did not have one. We were later told that to receive a balcony room we would need to pay an additional $1,700, despite already having paid for this feature. Throughout our stay, staff and management were dismissive and unprofessional. Given the high cost of the hotel, the service provided was unacceptable. I am requesting Expedia’s assistance in reviewing this matter and addressing the misrepresentation and lack of service experienced.

This was our first visit/stay in Vail. We aren't skiers, but I saw Vail is supposed to be a faux Europe, so I wanted to see for myself. I would say it's pulled off pretty well. Long time businesses are here and it adds an authenticity. Everything in our room worked properly, nice bed & shower. Lots of walkability from the space. I went to the Betty Ford Alpine Garden and read all the plaques, that is my idea of a good time! Still an impressive display covered in snow. I learned a lot and loved it.
