The hotel overall is like being in a European ski village! Free hot chocolate and snacks being an added bonus! However i stayed in a spa suite and i could hear everything going on in the room next too me…one evening there was dogs unattended barking through the night and at 6am in the morning….this reported and security was straight to the door to resolve the issue…however the comotion going on outside my room went on for around a hour late in the evening and again at 6am in the morning

Pool Sunday

I can't believe there was not a bartender at the pool on Sunday being it was a holiday weekend whether you usually have bartenders on Sunday or not...

Great location adjacent to the dumpster and port-a-potties. AC managed to take up floor space in a small room, and run so loud we could not have a conversation in the room. Black plastic sheeting over the window is a nice designer touch.

The concearge was extremely helpful. Also the check in and valet service was excellent. Loved the on premises restaurants. We especially enjoyed Ellways.

The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with one of the rooms we reserved, and management refunded our room cost plus gave us complimentary valet parking.
