The room had a weird smell like pee on the sofa, it was hands accessible so we assumed maybe someone with a dog maybe stayed in it previously. Check in was ok the staff in the beginning was very friendly. There were blood stains on the extra sheet for the pull out couch but they replaced them very fast. My problem was the continental breakfast, I made my husband a waffle and so as to be courteous to the other guests I only made one the got back in line to make another for me and my daughter to share, only to be approached by what I could only assume is the manager that I needed to let someone else use the waffle maker. I explained to her that I rightfully did and had even gotten back in the line to make it but because I had made to go plates for my husband and myself so as to not bring our two month old baby down to the lobby. Later I was told that the staff had been overwelmed and that they had a complained there was a line which had nothing to do with me as I had waited my turn both times. We got a call at 2AM (which woke my husband up) inquiring about a noise complaint in which our children were and had been sleep long before then. The next day we came down to breakfast again and it was clear that they were not prepared for this weekend because they had ran out of pancake mix as well as didn’t have any scrambled eggs to serve that day. Finally while trying to check out I was forced to leave my keys for check out as there was no one at the front desk due to lunch break.

So an African American women asked us if we were guest here as we were getting breakfast! She didn't ask no 1 else that! As we were leaving the kitchen she said u guys need to check out? Like kicking us out? Then we come here to meet the football team we try to get left over coffee and she said the floor is wet so come back in 30 minutes or get the coffee up from ur room when we could literally just walk on the floor which was actually dry! Then a black guy gets the coffee and tells us that I guess it’s ok to get coffee! Every time she spoke to us spoke she was so loud! I felt so embarrassed! I honestly even cry afterwards! It made me feel so unwanted! Our team has a game to win! So I had to stay other wise I would have just left! We travel a lot throughout the whole year but This is the 1st time I felt so unloved by her! Every1else was so welcoming and amazing! I loved the place the stay was very relaxing except her!

Upon arrival to the end, front desk was super nice. Made sure we were ok and extended help if needed. Felt like family. Breakfast was good! Staff was excellent. Room maids could not understand us and therefore our rooms were not made for days.

Breakfast was decent. Furniture had tears and some outside doorlocks not working, restricting which entrance you can use. Ceiling lights would flicker, which caused us not to use them.

I give this hotel a 5 star rating. It was such a beautiful, upkept hotel. The rooms were incredible. Clean, plenty of space and very comfortable. The breakfast area was pretty spacious and modern and so clean. The food area was just as roomy and all the food was fresh and tasty. I will certainly come here again.
