Disliked: Cleanliness
The apartment smelled of sewage the minute you opened the door. The owners were contacted and came over. We were told by the husband that it might be a dead mouse and they would work with us. We left the property without staying because of the smell being so bad. The wife then refused to refund our money.

Utica stay

This place was perfect for us, close to the Nexus Arena. It had almost everything we needed. A hair dryer would have been nice. Maybe a toaster. But overall, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we were very comfortable there. We'd stay there again if we are ever in the area again.
