The room was not cleaned very well but I could overlook that. I am a 70 year old grandmother and took a great deal of time selecting this location for my family’s Christmas gift. I made plans for my son and his 3 children for Saturday evening and Sunday was pool day. We had a wonderful breakfast and dressed for the pool only to discover that the pool was closed. We had no notification and the children were in tears. It ruined the whole experience for me and I was very disappointed. No compensation offered. The holiday experience was heartbreaking. I feel that I should be compensated in some way.
