Staff at front desk was friendly. Housekeeping was poor. Hallways were dirty, never vacuumed while we were there. Bed was not made during the one housekeeping visit. Food on counter was tossed when there should have been no confusion it was to stay. No soap in shower.

Hands down, this is one of the nicest properties Ive stayed it. It was a complete surprise. Check is was so easy. Manager was extremely polite & helpful. They saw I walked with a cane & asked if I wanted to be near the elevators. These suites have complete kitchens with everything for complete living. Bed was perfect. Linens super fresh. There is even a full bar in the lobby and frozen foods for cooking. I was delighted with this property. It's in the middle of nowhere, but DEFINITELY worth the extra few driving miles from the NY I90 thruway. A+
