The young girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and checked us in fast. Rooms are spacious, coffee in the lobby was a great perk and the onsite restaurant was delicious while being reasonably priced. We stay often while visiting my daughter at Utica University.

After a few recent stays elsewhere, I was holding my breath. The room was clean and well appointed. Coffee/tea/cookie bar available 24hr. Pool and outdoor lounge are were looking very attractive and lots of space. Restaurant was attached to the hotel. Great breakfast. Definitely will be a go to. Thank you!

My sheets were ripped and the heating system sounded like a 10 passenger jet ready to take off every time it kicked on. I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen. Your staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day. Parking was easy.

Okay hotel. We had a good experience, but we were a little confused why it is rated so well. The rooms are a little dated and could use a paint job. The staff were helpful but not exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast tasted pretty much like every other hotel. The definition of four stars. Okay in a pinch but not a hotel worth driving out of your way to visit.
