Photos, description of facility, and aneminties deceiving. Pool is NOT heated. Inquired as to whether they could adjust tempeature, the response from staff was the pool is older and cold at times. The kids lips were turning purple after 10 minutes. Rooms were average, decor dated, certainly not recently renovated. The bathroom setup terrible. Sink is located outside the bathroom, in the main area of the room. The closet size bathroom with tiny shower was almost impossible to menouver around when trying to put my six year old in the shower. Resturant service was slow (but it was very busy weekend of sporting events) staff made the wait bareable, they were wonderful and very polite. Housekeeping and guest services staff also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The front desk staff were very nice when we arrived! I was notified that my extra pillows were in the room and I appreciated that. It's a very nice clean hotel, the room was nice. The bath room was extremely small and hard to even use the toilet in it. The bath tub didn't have a working plug so I couldn't take a bath, there was no shower gel and kleenex in the room. Otherwise a nice stay.

The hotel and staff were great however I booked through Expedia and they have overbooked the suite and had to argue lots in order for them to credit me the difference between the 2 rooms, Expedia that is…… he staff was amazing and the food is out of this world, sooooo goood
