Good hotel for a great price, very clean amd friendly staff

The hotel had zip ties and roof damage in the hallways. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the shower handle fell off as we were turning on the shower. Also the curtains were missing patches of the back liner and light would come through those spots. The pool party and service was great. I would not book there again

Extremely disappointing stay, especially considering what we expected from this property. After checking in, getting groceries, and spending some time swimming, we returned to our room and discovered that **the air conditioning and freezer were not working**. We had just purchased groceries, including ice cream, and because the freezer was not functioning, we had to throw food away. Having a room without properly functioning basic amenities is unacceptable. The parking situation was equally frustrating. There were **nowhere near enough parking spaces for the number of guests**, and we could not even find a place to park. After coming back to the property, we were forced to drive around searching for a parking spot. This should not be an issue guests have to deal with after paying to stay at the property. The most concerning issue, however, was **security**. During previous stays, guests needed their key card to access the elevators and reach the guest-room floors. That security measure was no longer in place during this stay. **Anyone could walk into the property, get on the elevators, and go directly to the guest-room floors without a key card.** That is a serious security concern, and frankly, it made us uncomfortable having our family stay there. These are not small inconveniences. We paid to stay at a property where we expected a functioning room, adequate parking, and reasonable security. Instead, we experienced problems with all three.
