Great location, 2 mins to the beach, golf club and Beach hut take away. Staff were super friendly on check in and was quick and easy. Rooms are ok, but small but being the location you shouldn't stay in the rooms long. Interesting pool with an amazing view.

the location of this property was the winner, close to the beach, clubs, cafe. Beds were comfy but need to be longer or a true Queen size, curtains need replacing. we enjoyed our time wished we could of stayed longer..

The locality is superb. The patrolled Surf Beach across the road as is the Mollymook Golf Club.

I liked the location across from Mollymook Beach and the Golf Club. The staircase to the second floor is unsafe in the wet, the curtains in the room are hard to open and close, the bathroom needs a blind to block out the light on the landing and the flyscreen on that window was filthy. The kitchen cupboard needs attention. The room above us was very noisy and there was a lot of junk along from the studio apartments on the ground floor. The TV reception was very poor on some channels. In actual fact a major refurbishment needs to happen.
