The hotel, restaurant and staff where absolutely fantastic however the bathrooms in the Ocean Deluxe rooms need a revamp. You can see they the hotel was a motel previously but other than this we loved staying there and would love to come back.

Location: A walk along Narrawallee beach is a must.
A relaxing time away. Massage at the spa was lovely. Just sit and listen the waves crash onto the rocks. Breakfast was excellent with a relaxed atmosphere.

A beautiful romantic place! Right on the beach, beautiful views no matter where you go. Hotel staff were so lovely and the beds were extra comfy! The pool bar food and service was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great relaxing getaway

Pros: The Pool Bar, Rick Steins restaurant, the location.
Cons: We were happy with everything at the property.
Location: Looking over the water was a beautiful location and to go the short distance for a walk along the beach provided good exercise.
Our stay was most enjoyable. We loved relaxing at the pool bar and the pizzas were great, perfect after travelling from Victoria. The breakfasts were probably the best we have enjoyed and dinner at Rick Steins restaurant was fabulous. Beautiful food and flavours.

Little disappointed

We had three nights here and a little disappointed with our experience. From the moment we booked in there were noises of what sounded like furniture being pushed around and banging which continued for hours. We couldn't work out where the noises were coming from but it did improve over the next two days but was still irritating. Also as our room was above the pool area we heard loud noises ever time someone walked on the wooden boards so don't know how it would be during the summer with more people using that area. Our room was ok but needed a bit of maintenance as one if the louvres was broken and looked shabby. The shower over the spa bath wasn't great as a lot of water ended up pooling on the bath surrounds. The staff were very good and helpful. The food was good however I wouldn't rave about it. We ate at Cupitts Winery on our way home and it was fabulous and I highly recommend going there. The views, food and wine were just wonderful.
