Really appreciated how the design of the resort emulates that of historic Ubud. Also appreciated how Bali Hinduism pervaded the culture of the staff there, who left offerings each morning. The buildings and ground were kept beautifully. We shall return. Chip and Wendy, Melbourne, Australia

Nicest resort in Bali

I loved this hotel. It's a tropical oasis. Every comfort has been considered. At turndown, the bath towels are replaced and mosquito coils lit. Coffee and coffee plungers are provided. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The highlight for me was poached fruit with cloves and star anise. The pool is cool but not cold and and guests are served afternoon tea by the pool each afternoon. The staff are gracious and helpful. It's within walking distance to the centre of Ubud but quiet and secluded from the noise of the main road.

The absolute best!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect/
Location: In the perfect spot walking distance to the main street.
Everything about this hotel was great. The location is perfect, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was delicious including the breakfast buffet and we had a great time here. The actual grounds the hotel is located on are stunning. A magical forest with the best views. This is a must stay!!!!

Renovations + Closures

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
