My wife and I had an incredible stay at Westin Hotel and Resort. The staffā€™s dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. We had booked a photoshoot session and a massage during our stay, but due to unforeseen maintenance issues, the power outage lasted longer than anticipated, requiring us to reschedule both activities. While this could have been a frustrating situation, the hotel turned it into an opportunity to showcase its exceptional service. They generously provided a complimentary transfer to a nearby coffee plantation and a massage session, which was absolutely amazing. The professionalism and care displayed by the staff made us feel valued and well taken care of. Despite the hiccup, we left feeling relaxed and grateful. This hotel truly knows how to make its guests feel special.

Very comfortable property but the are around simply shuts evenings . No night life at all . The area around is for morning activities only.

This property was everything we had hoped for and more. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways but the staff were the star of the show. They were always there for whatever we needed when we had food poisoning and were so sweet and attentive to our needs. Really appreciate everyone at the Weston in making our stay so memorable. A gorgeous, laid back property. The infinity pool overlooking the river and jungle is wonderful, as are the bar and Westin farm. The Indonesian food is delicious (the Ayam Betutu is a stand out dish) and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The two bed room suites are huge. Superb.
