Disappointing experience in such a wonderful place

There were no easy ways to communicate with appropriate staffing. There were contacts given to us but no one responded when needed. Electricity went out every 15 minutes or so. We got frustrated and dealt with no power, therefore, no AC. No hot water in 2 of the 3 showers, the entire stay. The shower flooded the bathroom, there was clearly a drainage issue. There is a pool in the property, but no beach/pool towels were given. We had to ask for more toilet paper, more towels. We were not told that cleaning will be provided, until we came back and saw the bed was made. Poor communication skills & very disappointing customer care. We’ve been to Bali many times and this was the worst of our experience. This was my families first time here and I am embarrassed I brought them to this property.
