Facilities are beautiful, off the beaten track. 20 min walk to Main Street. We were in the lotus suite two bedrooms lots of facilities private pool with only the monkeys watching. Upstairs twin rooms are separate from main room have to go outside stairs so kids felt a bit scared when monkeys followed. Keep doors shut will be ok. Can hear monkeys all night. But not too loud. Staff are beautiful they were in a ceremony when we arrived and were very apologetic for making me wait but it was a small wait. Happy to wait was beautiful to watch. The photos on here are nice but in real life it is so much more beautiful, I would stay here again and again.

5/5 for a 3-star hotel. Friendly service, beautiful garden and well-designed room however, I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Hopefully by the time you read this they may have upgraded the pillows. The ones in our room were too high for me, and the reception gave me a lower pillow, but they felt quite lumpy. Besides that, it was a good location, close to the monkey forest (where the monkeys were cheeky but entertaining); also close to nice restaurants and cafes. I would stay here again.

It was very relaxed and peaceful. Not a huge hotel so no noise. The staff were wonderful.
There are no TVs or phones in the rooms which I loved. The monkeys roam around the property but don’t bother anyone although they will steal things off your deck.
The amenities are basic, the rooms are clean. I love that each room is decorated differently. Very eclectic/ bohemian.
Short walk to stalls, markets and restaurants.
I would definitely stay there again.

Best stay in Bali
Was by far my best stay in Bali. Loved the room, location to the monkey forest, the staff, the private pool was a bonus and the food was great. The whole place is a hidden paradise. More people need to go there and stay as you really can't get an idea from the photos. The colourful, cheerful rooms are very sweet and really well laid out. Loved the shower with the monkey peep hole in it. Can't say anything bad about this place. Would recommend to everyone I know to stay here for sure and will bring hubby next time too.

Amazing place to stay amongst Monkey Forest
Pros:This hotel MADE my trip. I can not express how highly I recommend staying here. The staff are amazing and went out of there way for us at all chances.
Cons:Nothing! it is prefect.
Location:This is the closest hotel next to Monkey Forest. The restaurant attached is beautiful and has great stuff going on and popular with the local expats.
Short trip to Ubud and we stayed for 3nights. We arrived to the hotel and were automatically given a freshly made glass of watermelon juice and told to relax. Coming from busy Kuta and with a 4 month old baby in toe, the staff went over and above to make us comfortable - and not in a forced way. Our rooms were all ready for us, including the babies cot. The rooms are gorgeous. The hotel is right next to Monkey forest and you can sit on your deck and watch the monkeys in there natural space. The restaurant out the front had an open night on the first night we got there, it was pack with expats & locals and the people who perform were incredible. I can not recommend this hotel enough to people - this made our trip to Ubud. The workers generally made us feel like we were friends, and were first to rescue me when I got a late night frights from monkeys.
