Located just 10 minutes by car from the heart of Ubud and an 8-minute walk to delightful local cafes, our villa is the perfect spot for a tranquil retreat while experiencing the unique charm of Bali.

Our Villa, spanning 250m2, boasts two large, elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with their own private, well-maintained ensuite bathrooms. For your comfort, every bedroom, as well as the expansive living area, is outfitted with air conditioning.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, and you can enjoy meals in our charming outdoor dining area. Upon request, we can also set up a BBQ grill there for your enjoyment.

The pool area is designed for relaxation, complete with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas—perfect for soaking up the sun.

Maintaining a clean and healthy environment is our top priority to ensure you have the best possible experience at our Villa. Come and enjoy the serenity and beauty of our wonderful retreat!

Our reception is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM and we have a dedicated Villa Manager on-site during these hours. Should you need assistance outside of these times, the Villa Manager is readily available via WhatsApp to address any of your needs promptly. Additionally, our security staff is available after hours to assist with any requests you may have.

Our friendly reception team is also at your service to help organize tours, schedule relaxing Balinese massages, and provide advice on local attractions and activities. We are here to ensure your itinerary is as exciting or relaxed as you wish.

Great villa in a lovely location

We were so happy to arrive at The Apartments - our villa was everything we'd hoped for and more - clean, airy rooms, a good sized long pool and plenty of corners to sit and read/play games etc. The kitchen was also really well equipped. It felt a little like stepping into the pages of Elle Decoration - a truly impressive villa in a quieter location outside of Ubud. We enjoyed Sayan and would especially recommend visiting Rusters (around a 5 minute scooter ride away) for pastries, bread and the most amazing food and cocktails.

Stunning Villa near Ubud

When opening the gate to our private 2bdrm Villa garden, we knew we were in paradise! The manicured grounds surround the long pool with umbrella covered sun beds at either end. The massive single story Villa has huge glass sliding doors from all rooms which open up to this picturesque pool garden. The air conditioned bedrooms are both very large and roomy, with a comfy king bed dressed in quality cotton linens, relaxing daybed lounge, huge LED tv, plus blackout curtains for glass sliding doors. Both bedrooms include large ensuite with spacious open shower (one suite also has a bath tub). The very massive living area includes several big daybed lounges, a beautiful large dinning table in central area, then a huge open kitchen with free standing island bench and all the necessary appliances, dishes and cutlery required for any cooking needs. Outside is a beautiful open covered BBQ area with prep bench and large dinning table. Most importantly, the staff and management are truely amazing. Manager Gede was always contactable for any queries or extra needs. Daily professional cleaning service, plus fresh linens every 3 days, included. For my husbands birthday, the staff decorated the garden with broken flower peddles laid in amazing designs and a birthday greeting for him, and a lovely arrangement on the dinning table. Truely amazing! This Villa is located in a quiet residential area about 10min drive to Ubud city with easy access to taxi service.

Excellent villa and location

The villa looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and perfect for our first time in Ubud. The villa is on a quiet street and we heard very little noise besides the lovely sounds of birds and the occasional rooster in the morning. We were able to walk to some great cafes, and we also rented scooters easily through the villa managers. They also arranged massages, laundry cleaning, and daily housekeeping. We highly recommend staying here. Five stars all around.

Only wish was that we could stay long

Had we known how much we’d enjoy this villa we would have cut short our time in Seminyak and stay in Ubud longer. Everything about this villa was perfect. Yoga and the front desk staff were attentive and helpful, and the cleaning staff were accommodating and thorough; we always came back to a spotless villa. Location is kind of off the beaten path but that means you don’t hear the constant honks of Balinese traffic. There is nothing you would need besides food for an extended stay here, the kitchen is very well equipped should you require it. Will definitely stay here again.
