There were no trash bags anywhere for the kitchen trash container, we notified Tybee rental and were texted back that there would be a response to correct this but never received a response. The chairs on the upper level balcony were dry rotted and collapsed and un-useable and very dangerous. Nice property location,nice neighborhood, quiet, nice living quarters.

The house was very nice and roomy with pretty much anything a family will need to stay and live like you were at your own home. Only 2 minor suggestions for the owners, supply the WiFi password and more toilet paper! Would highly recommend, and the price was nice

The place was nice. The property was lovely. There is a pond outback filled with friendly little turtles. The beach is a short walk from the back yard. The house was clean for the most part however when we went to use the dishes they were very visibly not clean, the shower had hair in the drain and there was sand in one of the couches. In the advertisement it shows a cute balcony with a table and two chairs outside of the bedroom but they fail to tell you that you cannot go out the door because it is fixed shut. That part was a bit disappointing. I really wanted coffee in the morning with that view.
