This 3 Bed 2 Bath condo is located in a desirable location as it is walking distance to the beach and the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops, the pier, and more. Boasting an outdoor patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, this condo is a comfortable and upscale space for families, couples, and friends to vacation on Tybee.

This condo is located on the first floor above the parking garage (there is elevator access as well as stairs). The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on top. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed. The living, dining, and kitchen area are open concept and fully stocked with items you may need throughout your stay such as a drip coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. There is a private patio with outdoor seating. Downstairs there is a shared picnic area with charcoal grills. Guests must purchase their own charcoal.

Guests will be provided with a door code for keyless entry in their check in instructions. Check in instructions are sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. The property provides private, free parking in the parking garage for up to 2 vehicles maximum. Additional vehicles must park in the metered parking on the street.

The Atlantic ave condo is located on the south end of Tybee Island in a desirable location for those looking to be able to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops during your stay.

Great location

Location was great, easy to get to. Close to the beach and walking to plenty of the places. Location of shared pool was not ideal but fine, pool shared with lots of other guests in another hotel. The only downfall was the AC did not cool lower then 77 degrees during the day, just couldn't keep up with GA heat but was fine at night and early morning it got down to 73.

Great walking location

We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and everything on the Tybrisa end of the island. Room was clean but has some minor issues, nothing that would stop us from returning!

This property was great, check in was quick and easy. The location was perfect quick walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here
