Loved the oasis and the design of the room and it was brand new. This property is in a partially completed development in the middle of nowhere. The good thing about that is that we were surrounded by birds and jungle and there is a cenote basically in the back yard. The bad thing is that the streets are largely unmarked and wandering so we got lost often, opting not to take gps. :). You can sleep with the sliding doors wide open with no bugs and no AC which was magical.
