The rooms don't have fridges or microwaves. We brought dinner up from one of the restaurants and had no way to properly store it or re-heat it. I didn't get to use the pool because it was closed for the season but it looked beautiful, the individual gazebos were up still from the summer. Would love to come back and take advantage of the pool and pool bar!

Well Our room was cleaned only once in a 3 night stay And when they cleaned they did not make up the bed or change the sheets ! The shower head fell off and hit me in the head the first time I used the shower , luckily it is plastic and did not cut my scalp

Great room

Great stay in a quiet, secure, clean room. I like that it’s in the metro area but isolated and quiet hotel. Easy parking, comfortable beds and nice, updated rooms. We ubered to the BOK for a concert without any problems. Definitely will return for any future concert stays.

There was a leak in the roof with a trash can in the middle of the hallway to catch the water. Bed was clean and comfortable but the floor was dirty and stained and there was a strong scent of urine in my bathroom. someone had urinated all
