Areas outside of the room - hallways, elevators, - were especially cold and uncomfortable. Everything there seemed to be overpriced and too costly. Basic equipment like elevators, seem to need repairs and new carpet and extensive cleaning.

We stayed at the Marriot so we could go to Oktoberfest because they offered the shuttle from their hotel. My husband was stuck in the elevator for almost 2 hours. They didn’t even take responsibility! They made it seem like we did something wrong! I hope we don’t get a bill for all the firemen that had to show up due to the poor structure of what used to be a great hotel!
