Relax in art deco styling designed to transport you 1935 when the property was built. Shared use of spa, pool, and courtyard. Incredibly walkable with close proximity to the stadium, University of Arizona, hospital & clinics, and so close to downtown too! Professional, friendly management by owner! At The Wander Collective, our policy for every property requires a completed security deposit and signed rental agreement.
