The perfect home for a large group, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 12 Beds: 4 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 4 Foldaway Beds, 1 Cot, 1 Futon, and 2 Sofas, also includes a Fully Equipped Kitchen and BBQ—spot on for weddings, graduations and reunions, and college groups and sports teams. We are located minutes from the University of Arizona, major golf destinations: El Conquistador, Oro Valley Country Club, Pusch Ridge Golf Couse, La Canada Golf Course, Omni Tucson National, Crooked Tree Golf Course, etc. The Tucson Mall is five minutes away; I-10 is less than 10 minutes away.

HotTub Keep the floating chlorine ball in the jacuzzi to sanitize it. No excessive amounts of body lotion. Always recover the jacuzzi when finished.

Excellent value! There was plenty of space, towels, and beds for our group of 6. The breakfast food was such a nice touch as was the hot tub. The kids loved feeding the koi in the mornings. This house is a great choice for a larger group.

This property is a great place for large groups! We completely enjoyed all of the amenities: the hot tub, fire pit and the koi pond. Zak was very responsive with any questions we had and it nice getting to meet Brad. All of the art work gives the house a great vibe. All of the breakfast foods made mornings easy and the coffee was good too! I definitely recommend this house for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and it is close to shopping and groceries as needed.

4 Long Time Golfing Buddies

Home is relatively convenient to restaurants/shops. Neighborhood working class. We simply needed a place to basically sleep, shower, and hang. Very nice to arrive and find basic breakfast, fruit, and Wine!!! Backyard is nice with water feature and hot tub. Tried to get the hot tub to at least 103, but can’t adjust from 101. 2 degrees would move the needle. House is kinda funky with all of the art ; Felt like a starving artist show. It served its purpose for a no frills golf trip and 4 seperate bedrooms are hard to find. Solid hoats

Our family came to stay in Tucson for our daughter’s graduation from U of A. The hosts provided cute grad decor and snacks for us. The complimentary breakfast items were so nice to have on hand, and the property overall was comfortable and plenty spacious. We had a lovely stay and would come again.

Lots of beds and lounge places. Beds were very comfortable and I’m picky about beds. We loved the outdoor space and hot tub. Having breakfast items available was a huge help and a wonderful plus.
