Check in staff were helpful - went above and beyond to facilitate early check in. Certain parts of room well-cleaned but floors clearly not touched with mop or broom in some time. Soundproofing definitely not present here.

Room was not clean!!!! One of the beds did not have clean linens, bed was used and linens were not changed. Room had a bad odor. There was no iron in room. Shampoo and soap dispensers did not work. Hallway smells like smoke. Receptionists was very pleasant at check in not the one at check out, she didn’t acknowledge us at desk.
