Staff was very nice, but that was one of the worst and most stressful breakfasts I've ever encountered. First you need to start it earlier people are gone at 7am. We arrived at 715 and the yogurt machine and the pancake machine was down. Both just simply needed to be filled. Eggs gone, sausage gone, bagels where are you, orange juice was half water 100%. My kid was not happy. People fighting over what is left and I had to ask 5 people to move just to throw my plate of toast away. Pros: apple Juice was good. Everything else just gave me anxiety. Not s good way to start your day and specifically read reviews for a good breakfast place for my family. Next time I'll pay 50 elsewhere vs 125 and use the extra for Dennys.

Bed was very comfortable, but the laminate flooring could have been cleaner. Considering the Inn is right next to I-10, it was surprisingly quiet. And I felt safe, which is important to me. Breakfast was okay, but the orange juice was brown. I would probably stay here again for the price.

I am writing a bad review for this location because they would not refund it was a company work related need and booked the same day and customer canceled the same day and when I tried to reschedule the booking, they wouldn't allow me to. I did purchase the trip insurance and it's up to the hotel whether they approve the refund or rescheduling of any booked reservation. So, my company will never book with your hotel again and we think your customer service is very poor!!!

Jackhammering in lobby at 6:00 a.m.

This is no exaggeration: Imagine waking up to a jackhammer inside the lobby 4 doors down from where you are trying to sleep on a Tuesday morning. I was in shock. I called the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I mentioned that they could make the workers stop but was told that was not an option so the jackhammering continued. I am not kidding. They were replacing some of the granite counter tops so it was not like an emergency. The jackhammering stopped about 20 minutes later but at 6:30 the landscaping crew started their gas trimmers to take care of the landscaping 2 feet away from my first floor windows. They simply do not care about the comfort of their guest in the early morning hours.
