Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a queen bed and mounted 40 inch flat screen tv. There is a walk-in closet and a completely renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has two xl twin (80 inch) beds with two closets and a desk. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a shower and tub. The downstairs is an open floor plan. The kitchen has a full-size stainless steel fridge with a counter height bar with three bar stools. The living room includes a comfortable couch and chair with a 40 inch flat screen tv and blue-ray dvd player. The complex has a big pool and two Jacuzzi tubs. It's walking distance to Udall park, restaurants, a grocery store, and lots more. It's close to Sabino Canyon, U of A, and a short drive to Mount Lemmon. Pool is closed until April. Not what we expected
I arrived in Tucson and had not received any check in details, I reach out to the host and she messaged back quickly with instructions to check in. Once I arrived at the property, it wasn’t in a safe neighborhood. The only security was a run down gate that could easily be tampered with and broken into. I decided to look at the property anyways. When I went inside, I realized it wasn’t throughly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the mattress had stains, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was an abnormal smell to the property. When I went to look at the loft area, there were soft spots in the carpet, night stands hadn’t been wiped down, and the bathroom was dirty. I reached out to the host with my concerns and told her that I wouldn’t be staying there and requested a refund. She offered me a gift card while someone went over there and cleaned the property. Since I didn’t feel safe/comfortable there I declined and asked for a partial refund due to the understanding that she did book out for 4 days on a holiday weekend and I was looking for some compensation while we trying to keep her business afloat. I was offered a refund of one night and cleaning fee. I didn’t accept and had to scramble to find hotel rooms for my trip. It was not newly renovated and looked quite run down compared to the photos.

Perfection
The property is clean, quiet, and cozy. It's location is the best in Tucson. Very near stores, restaurants and local attractions. It is very easy to get to the main roads that take you in whatever direction you want to go.

Great place to stay!
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay as it was very clean and secured. Beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. We felt very safe there. Parking was good also. We definitely would go back to this lovely place if we go back to Tucson!!!

Nice condo
This two bedroom, two bath, condo worked out well for my wife and I. Safe location. Close to shopping and a number of sights you may want to see if you are visiting Tucson. We felt right at home after a day or two. Would recommend this unit.
