The room was cleaned every day while we were out, the service was amazing. The hotel was in the perfect location near the airport and Disneyland and was close enough to the MTR that one could take a bus or a taxi to it.

Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future.

Perfect stay! We arrived late at night, around 11pm and were worried no one would be at the front desk. There were 3 people there and 2 others at the front doors! Check in was easy and fast. The 2 rooms we booked were together as requested. Clean room, plenty of hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Good shampoo and soap, plenty of towels. Great view and close to the airport. Beds were very firm. There are only two outlets that we saw so if you need to charge multiple phones/items, be prepared. Fridge cold and AC working great. We would absolutely stay here again.
