The room was dingy, it definitely felt like it needed a good cleaning. One of the main reasons we booked was because of its capacity. We were traveling with 3 children and needed beds for each. The sofa was a pull-out bed, which was exactly what we needed. Problem was there was no blanket/comforter or pillow for the pull-out. I called the front desk as was asked if I really needed it. Then I was told he would call back in about 10 minutes because the linens were being washed. This was about 11 pm. I never heard from or saw that person again. I tried calling the front desk and someone from Expedia tried calling and there was ne response. On top of that the channels they advertised didn't work and what did work would break up every few minutes. The place was a dive and it needs work. Only bright spot was the Front Desk Manager the next morning being understanding about our complaints and needing to find better accomodations for the rest of our stay (yes, we left).
