The property is accessed from the the gate to the right hand side of the property it has a sign on it saying "St Medans Mews", this leads to the side and rear of the building, you will see the key box on the left side of the doorway.
This property is fully non-smoking/vaping. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure there all windows and doors are securely locked. Ensure you do not loose your keys or lock them in the property as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.
Heating Instructions Thermostat - HIVE is on the wall in the hallway, please press the middle button to illuminate the display and use the dial to turn the temp up and down as required, please turn down when you vacate the property.
