Great room, super clean and easy directions. Parking great too. Unfortunately stayed in a room at the front of the property and got no sleep because the noise of traffic. A room at the back would’ve been better but none available at the time. Great place to stay though.

A very comfortable room, well decorated and in a convenient location in Irvine. A short watch to the local retail park and some lovely restaurants within 5 minutes walk. I didn't see the owner, as everything is done remotely and worked fine for me. I used the guest house for a suitable base to tour along the Ayrshire coast.

Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc.

Lovely guesthouse close to shops and eatries.

Lovely guest house. Tea coffee and biscuits. Iron and ironing board plus hairdryer. Comfortable bed very clean and good to have an ensuite. Shower was lovely and warm. Housekeeper very friendly and anything you needed you only had to ask.
