The room was spacious but the hot water was very temperamental. It was scalding in the evening and freezing the next morning. It was also extremely noisy. We were allocation room 21 beside the lift and the cleaning staff’s supply room so there was constant noise and clattering about during the night which meant we got barely no sleep. The spa was lovely but extremely overcrowded.
