Great location and apartment. Two families (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment - plenty of space, 2 decks overlooking the pool and the water, pool is amazing! The staff did just enough, although weren’t particularly helpful and the restaurant isn’t open because of Covid. The cocktail bar was open on Friday night however was desperately understaffed (including having no ice which made cocktails ...... interesting). Would definitely recommend - just go elsewhere for drinks!

Room was old, cupboard doors didn't shut - needed renovations. Cleaners left cleaning supplies behind. Needed to climb 3 flights of stairs when there were plenty of vacant accommodation on the ground floor. Paid for breakfast then told the restaurant was shut - to compensate they delivered ingredients for us to cook ourselves. Only one bedroom had aircon (yes in Townsville!!!). Nice view, clean very large pool, towels supplied.

Fantastic property, all be it a bit noisy due to the ferry terminal next door. Staff were lovely and helpful and room was spacious modern and clean.
