This property is well designed. The pool areas are huge, clean and easily accessible. There is great privacy and rooms are large and well thought out. Unfortunately while I was there, it rained for two of the three days. This gave me a bit more time in the room. The carpet had bad stains that were very obvious and the room had a tired appearance. It was clean, but needed a deep clean for things like carpets, grout, tiles etc. I had an issue on check-in that was disappointing. I wasn't given any room information and I was told that there was a lift. The lift was there, but I still had to navigate two half flights of stairs with my luggage. I was not offered any help by the check-in staff. A kind cleaner came to my rescue. Despite these inconveniences, I would definitely come again.

The bed was uncomfortable. Advertised king but was 2 singles pushed together with a very worn mattress. Aircon leaked all over the couch

Walk from Ferry with amazing pool overlooking the harbour at Nelly Bay. Walk to local restaurants. Good restaurant at the hotel too. Perfect spot for a short visit to Magnetic Island

This property is living by its name - Peppers Blue on Blue. Sounds exotic but this property is very average. The pool has recently been improved which is beautiful but our 2 bedroom apartment was very average. Marks on the walls, very limited utensils and food preparation containers. They only had a 2-seater lounge and one sit up chair for the lounge area when we had 4 people in the unit. Our overhead fan/light did not work, our a/c had a “rattle” in it. Both bathrooms did not have extracting fans in them so there bathrooms fogged up.
