Parking is easy and then you can walk everywhere.

We chose this accommodation due to its proximity to the metro, town centre, parking and the municipal stadium for the Rugby. It scored highly in all regards.

This place offers a clean, modern, comfortable room - for a traveler without an automobile. It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. You’ll have to find a place to park your car and walk into the campus to get a key and garage door fob - a task that is exceedingly difficult, particularly after dark. And, to check out, you’ll again have to find parking on the street before returning the fob, since the garage door does not open automatically when approached from the inside. So, in order to park in the hotel garage, you’ll have to park your car on the street at least twice, coming and going. Finally, as with many university dorm rooms, there is no air conditioning, only heating.

Belles prestations mais absence de climatisation

HĂŽtel agrĂ©able, prestations de qualitĂ©, petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs correct avec un bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Le gros bĂ©mol est la gestion de la chaleur en ce mois de juin : absence de climatisation et impossibilitĂ© d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres autrement qu’en oscillobattant. Heureusement prĂ©sence d’un ventilateur en chambre. Si vous craignez la chaleur, passez votre chemin en pĂ©riode estivale.

Friendly staff with quick to get information. Cheap parking and the location good walkable to city center and many restaurants around. Breakfast also cheap and big enough option for that price. Only negative side was that some dishes were not so cleaned from the visitors before me or longer. Not sure if staff controls the situation.

Forte odeur de cuisine dans les couloirs, normal ceux sont des "appart-hĂŽtel". Ensemble de l'appart confortable, dans la chambre parentale petit espace pour les toilettes il ne faut pas ĂȘtre grand les genoux touchent le mur lorsque vous ĂȘtes assise. Le robinet est Ă  peine fixĂ© et les joints de la douche auraient besoin d'ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©s. Nous avons pris le petit dĂ©jeuner le dimanche matin, grande dĂ©ception pour 9€ le stricte minimum. Pour le reste, bien calme pour un week-end.
