We got an excellent deal on this property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I hadn't realised it was next to the bus station but it was quiet and safe. It was easy to walk to the centre - 10 mins - and lots of restaurants and cafés in the immediate area. We had a double room (king size bed) and modern ensuite. Hotel was comfortable and excellent value for money. I would stay again.

My wife and I traveled to Toulouse to visit a granddaughter that was studying there for a semester. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, however when we were there, we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We do not speak much French; however we did not have any problems communicating as all the staff we spoke to spoke English. The hotel staff we met were pleasant and professional. They were attentive to our needs and answered the questions we had quite knowledgeably. Our room was clean and comfortable while we were at the hotel. If we were ever to return to Toulouse, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The property is badly maintained. Elevator is like the ones for warehouses. The breakfast very poor. Rooms too small and badly maintained. The receptionist very rude. Theoors are squeaking. The three star rating is overrated by 5 five stars. Never never again

Loved this special comfortable hotel. Great artistic space with paintings and precious momentoes on walls including the rooms. Staff were just great and helpful. The owner himself is very kind and gracious. Assisted my family and shared with us great places to visit in Paris, store our luggage and even arranged for our transport to CDG. Appreciated his kindness.
