Located on the first floor and completely renovated, it is 300m from Jean Jaurès metro station and 700m from Matabiau station and just a stone's throw from Toulouse's new Ramblas!

Le Bachelier La posizione dell' appartamento è ottima, vicinissimo alla metro Jean Jaurès e a Place du Capitole in pochi minuti. Ben servita, vicino a tutto, supermercato Carrefour su place Nicolas Bachelier(bastava scendere di casa), a pochi isolati anche a Despar e Lidl; tutti i servizi facilmente accessibili in pochi minuti: ristoranti, bar, farmacie, negozi. Molto comodo per un soggiorno anche lungo come il mio di 2 mesi. Al nostro arrivo purtroppo nel portone si sentiva una puzza nauseabonda a causa del fatto che la spazzatura di tutto lo stabile viene raccolta nel vano scala. Un altro punto a sfavore è la puzza di fogna che si sentiva nel bagno purtroppo. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, dipende dagli standard. Non posso dire fosse molto sporco, ma neanche che splendesse. Noi abbiamo lavato tutto da cima a fondo persino dietro al letto e il coprimaterasso.Piumone sporchissimo. Il ventilatore inutilizzato a causa della polvere. Cmq ci si sta molto bene, spazi comodi. Forse un po' caro ma bello.

Le Bachelier "Avons passé 2 nuits parfaites dans cet appartement situé pas loin de la gare et du capitole. Le fait de pouvoir faire un vrai noir dans la chambre est un plus. Il n'y a que quelques marches pour atteindre la porte donc même avec une poussette, c'est facile d'accès. Boulangerie et épicerie proche. Super appartement. On y retournera surement"

Le Bachelier "Nefasto 🙂 Ubicación próxima a la estación Matabiau 🙁 Muy ruidoso (el apartamento está ubicado en la 1a planta de un edificio que da a una plaza, donde todo el ruido de las terrazas, música, pantallas de televisión etc entra por las ventanas hasta que cierran los establecimientos. Se necesitan tapones de oídos para poder dormir). Suciedad del apartamento. Se nos cobró la gestión de la limpieza y las lámparas llenas de polvo, ventanas supersucias, puertas del baño con salpicaduras de orín y heces etc no se habían limpiado en semanas. Dejamos el apartamento más limpio de lo que lo encontramos porque si no tiras la basura, recoges toda la cocina etc etc se quedan con la fianza Pésima gestión con la entrega de llaves. Nos pidieron dejarlas en la keybox donde las recogimos (ubicadas en un candado de la plaza exterior) y después de hacerlo siguiendo todas sus instrucciones nos amenazan con cobrarnos la fianza de 200 euros porque no las encontraban. Respecto a la recogida de llaves, si llegas después de las 22:00 horas te dicen en qué candado recogerlas pero no tienen un teléfono de guardia al que llamar por si tienes algún problema urgente. Hasta el día siguiente te dicen que no puedes contactarles."
