Double bedroom in Totnes in a family home

This sunny double bedroom in our family home is a great base to explore Totnes from. Our house and garden has views of Totnes and Dartmoor and is a ten minute walk from the town centre. You'll have access to our kitchen, bathroom, lounge and garden. There is on street parking outside the house.

Please note that I can only accept female guests. Assistance dogs are welcome and other pets can come by prior arrangement.

The space
This is a lovely room in an ordinary family home. The room is clean and has a comfortable double bed with two bedside tables and lamps. It faces south west so you will get afternoon and evening sunlight on a clear day. There is an empty chest or drawers, a built in wardrobe and a bookcase for you to use.
We are currently renovating the house and garden so you will see some tired decor, work surfaces and floors, and the rear garden is a bit overgrown. The bathroom is clean and fresh but please note that the bath has historic discolouration and the shower is old but works OK. Everything is as clean as I can get it but be prepared to stay in an ordinary family home and not a pristine holiday let.
We have Wifi but it can be unreliable.
