I enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable and a good size. The shower was not up to scratch, a bit mouldy and it had no door, which I got an explanation for why it was like that way. The fridge kept heating up from the top and not working properly, which I reported, but not sure if anything was done about it. Apart from that I had a good experience, not the best.

Clean and well presented room. Very disappointed about parking, recommend carpark had a broken lift, so had to carry our case down 3 floors, had a blue badge holder with me, I was told we could unload outside then park, but on checking out I asked to confirm this and was told no. This was a game changer for us and on that note we would not stay here again.

A great stay

I stayed here overnight with my sister to see a show in Torquay. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour, theater, shops and car parks. The room was well presented and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. My only down side was that the hairdryer in the room was extremely slow so I couldn't use it!

It was a great hotel, ideal location, clean and a great breakfast. A touch disappointed that they couldn't help with a mobile phone charger, most hotels have 200 of these that people have forgotten, just shows a lack of care in the customer.
