Check in it was like I was bothering her rushed didn’t explain things properly. Room 1 fury coffee cup the one service coffee maker dirt went to Tim’s no hair dryer. No essentials no paper towel or cloth or soap in kitchen No glass to have a drink nothing at all just one dirty cup and a dirt y one cup coffee maker. Pros bathroom was clean and towels lovely Linens on bed were great also fridge clean …definitely not worth the money.. choose another place.

Felt like I was low priority. I had requested a waterfront room and while zi kniw tgats nit a guarantee i got the worst pissible view. I was told they only assign room tge day b4 based in priority. So obviously low. Full kitchen but not a single pot or casserole dush, nor any cooking utensils except a can opened, minimal cutlery, 1 side plate, 1 biwl, no paper towel or dish towel to dry and dishes left by orev tenant wete in dushwasher abd all soakung well. Nice looking room inside, great location but poirest stocked I ever seen. Parking supposed to be free across road BUt. When i reqd about parking no mention of steps to follow. Signs everywhere in the lot to Pay at Pay Station. No mention there either for Waterside guest NOT to oay but teguster vehick at tge Inn. b pay property ano say WAterside Inn guest should not pay but register vehicle in Inn instead. Trying to get a credit not going well. Too bad lication so perfect but i wont return or recommend.

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights but we wanted to stay longer because of the room 😅 We were amazed by how big the unit is. It’s spacious and clean. The facility is accessible to various dining areas and is near the harbor. The only problem we encountered is the unstable internet connection and low air conditioning even though it’s set to high. But overall, we had a great experience and wanted to go back to this place.

Location and proximity to restaurants is good. Old and dated hotel. Restaurant closed but still implied as being open. In-room washer/dryer not working. Minimal supplies. No light bulb in b/room and took 1.5 days to be supplied with one. patio door lock completely broken. Several very pleasant staff but one at front was rude.

I really like the convenience of the location (close to the GO station). It provides an affordable alternative to the very high-priced hotels in Toronto, allowing me to be able to go to concerts and ball games without having to worry about driving home or trying to park in the city. I also enjoy the variety and quality of restaurant choices within waking distance. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with a nice view and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.
