Welcome to your Boho-chic "Oasis," a sun-lit, ground-floor suite (not a basement) with its own private entrance. Two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a charming kitchenette, just without a full kitchen or separate living room. WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, free parking, and a private patio, all included.

We live upstairs, completely separate.

2. Your property
A sectioned off, ground floor suite within a private home, not a basement. You'll have two private bedrooms (one queen, one full/double), a full bathroom with shower, and a charming kitchenette with a coffee station, mini fridge, and basic cookware for light self catering (there's no stove or oven, so no full kitchen). Ground level natural light, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and your own private patio round things out. There's no separate living room; the suite is designed for comfortable sleeping and easy mornings, not lounging.

3. Guest access
Full private use of both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the kitchenette, plus your own entrance, patio, and free on site parking. Self check in is code based: your unique code is emailed 24 hours before arrival, so you can come and go as you please.

4. Interaction with guests
We live upstairs in a fully separate area and are close by if you ever need anything. Message us anytime through the Airbnb app; we typically respond within the hour and are reachable from 8am to 11pm.

This is your dream home away from home! This is so cozy, quiet, and beautiful! I truly enjoyed staying in this suite! Everything is very new and well-designed. Very comfortable bed and linens. I have allergies and often struggle staying in hotels or other homes if the place is not cleaned well or if fragrances are used, but in this place, I felt SO good, I slept peacefully. The suite was spotless, and I really enjoyed the very quiet central A/C. Michael was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Outside of the property wasn’t in the best shape and the pictures don’t capture the whole space very well. Check in service was good, it was clean in there but just was not as spacious as the photos portrayed.
